By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization.

License and Permitted Use
License Grant

DataViRe Inc ("Company") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for internal business purposes.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized activities.
  • Resell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Services.

User Accounts

Payment, Billing & Subscription

  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

Termination & Suspension
  • You may terminate this Agreement by discontinuing use of the Services.
  • The Company may suspend or terminate your access at its discretion, with or without notice, if you violate this Agreement or applicable laws.
  • Upon termination, your license and access rights immediately end.
Disclaimers
  • The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
  • The Company disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
  • The Company’s total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the Services during that period.
Modifications to Terms
  • The Company may update or modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting.
  • Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
