This Trademark Usage Policy ("Policy") governs the use of all trademarks, service marks, logos, icons, and other brand identifiers (collectively, the "Marks") owned by DataViRe Inc (“Company”). By using any Company Marks, you agree to comply fully with this Policy. Any use not expressly allowed here requires a separate written trademark license agreement.

Ownership of Trademarks

All Company Marks, including the DataViRe name, logo, product names, and graphical assets are the exclusive property of DataViRe Inc. These Marks are protected under applicable trademark, copyright, and intellectual property laws worldwide. Unauthorized use, imitation, or alteration may result in legal action.

Scope of Use

Commercial Gain Without License

Domain Names & Handles

• You may not register domain names, social media usernames, app names, or online identifiers containing Company Marks or confusing variations.

Harmful or Misleading Context

• Do not use Company Marks in defamatory, disparaging, obscene, or unlawful content.
• Do not use the Marks in a way that dilutes, damages, or tarnishes the Company’s reputation.

Logo Usage Rules (If Authorized)

If you have explicit authorization to use the DataViRe logo:

• Maintain required clear-space margins around the logo.
• Ensure the logo is displayed at a readable size.
• Do not place the logo on cluttered, low‑contrast, or visually deceptive backgrounds.
• Never recreate the logo from scratch-use only approved files.

Intellectual Property Enforcement

DataViRe Inc actively enforces its trademark rights. The Company reserves the right to:

• Issue warnings and cease‑and‑desist notices.
• Terminate permissions or agreements.
• Pursue civil or criminal remedies where applicable.
• Seek damages, injunctions, and legal fees.

Failure to comply with this Policy constitutes unauthorized use.

Reporting Unauthorized Use

Policy Modifications
